About delivery methods

2.Regarding the delivery of goods
(1)Shipping options include (a) International Express Mail Service, or (b) International ePacket Light.
(Option (b) is for small packages under 2kg)

(2)General orders ship in 2-5 business days
(a) Delivery in 5-7 days after shipping
(b) Delivery around 2 weeks after shipping


3.Regarding duties
Please note that if duties are imposed in the Customs inspection, they will be paid by the customer.
If it happens in (b), it will be hand delivered


4.About receiving methods
(a) Personal delivery
Should we fail to deliver your goods to the address given for delivery, due to "address unknown" or "long-term absence" from the given address, it will be stored at the post office in the same area as the address given for delivery. Depending on the situation of the destination, there are times when it is sent back to our shipping center in Japan after the predetermined period of time. Please note that if you wish your goods to be re-sent, the transmittal fee will be charged separately.

(b) Postal delivery
If you don't have a postal box, it's possible deliveries cannot be made. Therefore please be sure to write the recipients name on the mail box where it can easily be seen by the delivery person. Should we fail to deliver your goods to the address given for delivery, due to "address unknown" or "long-term absence" from the given address, it will be stored at the post office in the same area as the address given for delivery. Depending on the situation of the destination, there are times when it is sent back to our shipping center in Japan after the predetermined period of time. 5.Regarding the damage in transit or initial defect(s)
(a)If during transportation damage will apply to bring the goods on your own to the post office, delivery clerk will do the investigation. In the case of damage in transit, please bring the goods in person to the post office and make the application. The delivery clerk will conduct the investigation. When the damage has been acknowledged, the post office will issue a damage report. Please make a copy of that report and return it with the defective goods to the address given below. As soon as we receive your damage report and the goods, we will send you the replacement goods or perform the refund procedures. (Apply for your reimbursement by sending the damage report to the post office) In the case of initial defect(s), please send back the goods to the address given below. When we have acknowledged the defect(s) after receiving the goods, we will send you the replacement goods or perform the refund procedures.

For option (b), if the item is damaged, or if the item is defective regardless of shipping method, we ask that the customer promptly ship the item back to Japan. If a defect is found after the article has arrived, a substitute article will be sent to you or you will be refunded.
